Laser Cutting Laboratory
Overview
The Laser Cutting Laboratory is part of the Ronbotics & Autonomous Vehicles Research Group at the TalTech Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. It is dedicated to laser cutting components for various research group developments and student projects.
Equipment and Capabilities
The laboratory is equipped with the following devices:
- Aeon Nova10 Elite 100W – 100 W CO2 laser, work area: 1000 x 700 mm, materials: plywood, acrylic, and other soft materials.
- XTOOL F1 Ultra – Laser engraving (color engraving on stainless steel).

Main Focus Areas
- Laser cutting and engraving of components required for student projects and educational purposes.
